When you order products from Dean & DeLuca you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products that are fresh and simply superb right to your door. Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.
Please check all addresses carefully. Dean & DeLuca guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our distribution center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.SHIPPING OPTIONS
All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Wichita, Kansas or directly from our purveyors. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of being placed. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. The shipping process for items shipped from our fulfillment center is as follows:
Please note that all perishable items are automatically shipped NEXT DAY (next business day) to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with dry ice or ice packs and placed in an insulated container for shipment. DELIVERY
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. Please note that for orders with ground shipping, the delivery date selected at checkout is not guaranteed. If you would like an order to arrive on a specific day, we strongly recommend selecting Second Day Air or Next Day Air. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. MONTHLY CLUBS
Dean & DeLuca's Charcuterie, Cheese and Coffee of the Month Clubs that are ordered by the 14th will ship on the 16th of that month (unless it's a holiday, or weekend, in which case it will ship on the following business day). Orders placed on the 15th or later will ship in the following month.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Dean & DeLuca takes great pride in selecting the finest products available. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your non-perishable purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items. We do not accept returned items that were purchased in one of our retail locations, nor will our retail locations accept returned items purchased from the catalog or from our website. We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt. We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable
Wrap the package well, include the return form found on the back of the packing list/invoice enclosed in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Please be sure to ship your item by an insured, traceable method to the address below. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, FedEx and other carriers.

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in this state. The buyer is solely responsible for delivery of alcoholic beverages. By placing an order, buyer authorizes retailer to act on buyer's behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver order to specified destination. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing an order, buyer represents to retailer that they are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Retailer reserves the right to correct all pricing errors.
Title to and ownership of alcoholic beverages passes from seller to buyer in the State and location in which the sale occurs, and buyer takes all responsibility for the product being transported from the state of sale to the buyer’s selected destination. Buyer may pick up the product at seller’s location, or make independent delivery arrangements. Sales tax will be applied based on the seller’s location.
